  • Account login information (email, password, and phone number where applicable) is delivered to your email within 1–12 hours after purchase.
  • You may change the email, password, and phone number associated with the account unless stated otherwise on the product page.
  • Delivery is considered complete once account credentials have been sent to your provided email address.

2. Usage Policy

  • You agree not to misuse or attempt to resell the provided account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the login information once it has been delivered.
  • Any modifications you make to the account (password changes, profile changes, etc.) are at your own discretion.

3. Replacement Policy

We guarantee that:

  • The account will function for the entire duration of the subscription you purchased.
  • If the account stops working before your subscription expires, you are entitled to a free replacement through our support chat.
  • Replacement is provided only if the issue is not caused by customer misuse, rule violations, or unauthorized sharing of the account.

Our team will respond quickly to ensure you regain access as soon as possible.


4. Legality Disclosure

  • All plans are legally purchased using regional pricing.
  • None of the subscriptions we offer are obtained through fraudulent, hacked, or illegal methods.
  • By using our service, you acknowledge that regional pricing varies by country and that purchasing such accounts is legal but may violate some platforms’ internal terms of service.
  • We are not affiliated with any brand associated with our digital products.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods:

  • All sales are final once login information has been delivered.
  • Refunds are only issued if:
    • We fail to deliver the account within 12 hours, and
    • You have not yet received working login credentials.
  • If an account becomes unusable before its expiration, a replacement is provided instead of a refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for any actions taken by the subscription provider (such as CapCut) that may affect service availability.
  • We are not liable for issues caused by user error, password changes made by the customer, or violations of the provider’s terms.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, as availability may depend on the platform from which the subscription originates.

  • We only collect necessary information such as your email for delivery purposes.
  • We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties except for essential service operations.
