1. Digital Goods Are Non-Refundable

All sales of digital products—including subscription accounts, login credentials, and access codes—are final once the order has been delivered.

Because access is provided instantly or within a short timeframe, refunds cannot be issued after the product has been delivered to your email.


2. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • We failed to deliver your account credentials within 12 hours of your purchase,
    and
  • You have not received working login information,
    and
  • You contacted our support team and provided proof of non-delivery.

If all conditions are met, you may request a full refund.


3. Replacement Policy (Instead of Refunds)

If your account stops working before your subscription duration ends, we will replace it for free.

Replacements apply when:

  • The account becomes inaccessible
  • A password stops working
  • A login issue occurs through no fault of the customer

Replacements do not apply if:

  • You shared the account with others
  • You changed login details and lost access
  • You violated the service provider’s terms
  • The account was intentionally modified or misused

Our support team will verify the issue and provide a new working account as quickly as possible.


4. No Refunds For User Error

Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Incorrect email entered at checkout
  • Forgetting or losing changed passwords
  • Misunderstanding the product description
  • Failure to follow provided instructions
  • Issues caused by customer-side modifications

We strongly recommend reading product descriptions carefully before purchasing.


5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Opening a payment dispute before contacting support violates our store policy.

If a dispute is opened for a delivered product:

  • Access to your account(s) may be revoked
  • Your warranty and replacement rights may be canceled
  • The case will be submitted to the payment provider with proof of delivery
